Any reservation cancellation made:

• Less than 14 days from June 3rd to September 15th (until 6:00 pm local time), from the scheduled arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the stay;
• Less than 7 days from September 16th to October 27th and from March 30th to June 2nd (until 6:00 pm local time), from the scheduled arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the stay;
• Less than 3 days from January 1st to March 29th and from October 28th to December 31st (until 6:00 pm local time), from the scheduled arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the stay;

• No shows and early departures: In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged;

• Non-refundable reservations: If changed, cancelled or in case of no show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged;

• Exception New Year's Eve (28th December to 1st January) Payment: 50% at the time of booking, remaining 50% up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation of a booking made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date (up to 6:00 pm local time) will not be refunded. Any cancellation of a booking made less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date (up to 6:00 pm local time) in the event of a no-show or early departure, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount of the stay. No refund will be made.
